Background
The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) intends to award a firm-fixed-price commercial contract for subscription access to a web-based macroeconomic forecasting and analytical platform.

Work Details
The contractor is required to provide a subscription that includes: historical and forecast economic data at national, state, and Metropolitan Statistical Area (MSA) levels; written economic analysis and commentary; data export capabilities; an Excel add-in; application programming interface (API) access; customer support; and annual user training.

Additionally, the contractor must authorize the OCC to download all state and MSA economic reports for posting on the OCC’s secured internal website. Technical support must include telephone or electronic access to a user helpdesk and responses to inquiries within two business days. Annual training for license holders on using the contractor’s website or analytic tools must be included at no additional cost.

Period of Performance
The contract will consist of a one-year base period with four one-year option periods.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must demonstrate technical capability by providing samples of written analysis reports that meet or exceed the requirements outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
