MA004 - Barnes Building Snow and Ice Removal Services   3

Background
The Army Contracting Command - New Jersey (ACC-NJ) is issuing this solicitation on behalf of the 99th Readiness Division DPW to procure new Snow and Ice Removal Services. The goal of this contract is to ensure a clean workplace free of snow and ice at the MA004 Boston AFRC (Barnes Building) located at 495 Summer Street, Boston, MA, 02210, in accordance with the Performance Work Statement.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for snow and ice removal services at the Barnes Building. Specific tasks include:
1. Snow removal from designated areas as outlined in the site map.
2. Access to Lot 2 will be provided via keys for all three lots; however, no snow will be stored there.
3. Lot 1 is identified as the triangle lot next to the building, while Lot 2 is across and diagonal to the building.
4. Lot 3 is located at the corner of E and Fargo Streets with access from E Street.
5. A small storage container for salt and small equipment can be kept in the back of Lot 3 near an open dumpster, while other small rolling equipment may be parked at the back of this lot.
