MAIDIQ contract for Asphalt Concrete Pavements, USAG Daegu

Background
The contract is issued by the 411th Contracting Support Brigade (CSB) for the purpose of providing asphalt concrete pavement services at USAG Daegu, Area IV.

The goal of this Multiple Award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (MA IDIQ) contract is to ensure that necessary repairs and construction of asphalt concrete pavements are conducted efficiently and effectively to support U.S. Forces installations in the area.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all labor, tools, materials, transportation, equipment, supplies, and other necessary resources for asphalt concrete pavement work at USAG Daegu.

The scope includes various repair and construction tasks such as:
- replacing 50mm and 75mm thick asphalt concrete pavements
- applying milling to asphalt surfaces
- overlaying existing pavements
- replacing portland cement concrete pavements
- installing drainage pipes
- constructing concrete curbs and sidewalks
- sodding unpaved areas
- removing trees and pavement markings
- excavating or grading subgrade.

Each task will be defined in individual task orders issued under this contract.

Place of Performance
The construction projects will be performed at USAG Daegu in Area IV.
