Description

Army Contracting Command-Detroit Arsenal (ACC-DTA) releases a Request for Proposal, W56HZV-21-R-0165, for the M88 Family of Vehicles (FoV) System Technical Support (STS) and Sustainment System Technical Support (SSTS) follow-on effort. ACC-DTA proposes to award a Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee (CPFF) contract to BAE Systems Land & Armaments, L.P. The purpose of this acquisition is to provide continuing sustaining engineering, logistics, and fielding support to the Program Executive Office Ground Combat System (PEO-GCS) and its assigned Project Director Main Battle Tank Systems (PD MBTS) for the M88 FoV.

Background
The Army Contracting Command-Detroit Arsenal (ACC-DTA) has released a Request for Proposal, W56HZV-21-R-0165, for the M88 Family of Vehicles (FoV) System Technical Support (STS) and Sustainment System Technical Support (SSTS) follow-on effort. The purpose of this acquisition is to provide continuing sustaining engineering, logistics, and fielding support to the Program Executive Office Ground Combat System (PEO-GCS) and its assigned Project Director Main Battle Tank Systems (PD MBTS) for the M88 FoV.

Work Details
The contract will provide up to 557,285 hours of STS/SSTS. The Engineering and Logistics portion will be a base year with four option years, and the Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) portion will be a base year with two option years. The tasks include system technical support, sustainment system technical support, program and project management, meetings and minutes, work directives support, contractor cost data reporting, disposal of hardware, and contractor shall ensure the individuals they deploy are in compliance with the current USCENTCOM Individual Protection and Individual/Unit Deployment Policy.

The period of performance includes a base year with multiple option years.
