The purpose of Amendment 3 is to correct an inadvertent Government error in Attachment 11 of the RFP regarding the supplier for the CTIS Pneumatic Control Unit. The purpose of Amendment 2 is to extend the closing date of the solicitation by 15 days from 15 July to 30 July 2024. The purpose of Amendment 1 is to correct an error with the Contract Specialist email address in Section L. The objective of this project is to modify the M870A2-S Medium Heavy Equipment Transporter (hereinafter referred to as M870) to an on/off-road variant (M870A2-OR) capable of the line-haul transportation of equipment, supplies, and current Marine Corps Engineering Vehicles/equipment with payloads up to 37.5 tons in all terrain environments. Background
The objective of this project is to modify the M870A2-S Medium Heavy Equipment Transporter (hereinafter referred to as M870) to an on/off-road variant (M870A2-OR) capable of the line-haul transportation of equipment, supplies, and current Marine Corps Engineering Vehicles/equipment with payloads up to 37.5 tons in all terrain environments. Please see Attachments.

Work Details
Section B - Supplies or Services and Prices: The contract includes the production, installation, and delivery of the M870A2-OR suspension upgrade ECP integrated M870 FAP Assets IAW SOW 4, 5, 6.1, 6.1.2.1. Additionally, it includes performing partial reset SOW 10 and providing data as per the Statement of Work and each individual DD Form 1423 identified in Exhibits A, B, C, and D.

Period of Performance
The ordering period spans five 12-month periods from the date of award through 60 months.

Place of Performance
The products will be delivered to various locations including Camp Pendleton CA, Twentynine Palms CA, Yuma AZ, Jacksonville FL, Indian Head MD, Camp Lejeune NC.
