Description

M772 and M776 Mechanical Time Super Quick (MTSQ) Fuzes

Background
This solicitation is issued by the U.S. Government on a sole source basis to Junghans Microtec GmbH for the procurement of M772 and M776 Mechanical Time Super Quick (MTSQ) Fuzes, under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1).

Work Details
The contract involves the supply of M772 and M776 Mechanical Time Super Quick Fuzes, including inert full-up models and inert cutaway models.

The minimum production rate is 5,000 units per month, with a maximum of 8,000 units per month. First Article Test (FAT) must be conducted within 180 days after award, with production deliveries due no more than 60 days after FAT approval. All pricing shall be submitted in the Price Matrix (Attachment 0001).

Period of Performance
The contract includes five ordering periods:

- Ordering Period One: Date of Award - 365 Days After Award (DAA)
- Ordering Period Two: 365 DAA - 730 DAA
- Ordering Period Three: 731 DAA - 1,096 DAA
- Ordering Period Four: 1,097 DAA - 1,462 DAA
- Ordering Period Five: 1,463 DAA - 1,828 DAA.

Place of Performance
Delivery locations will be determined at the time of each delivery order award.
