Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center (VA) in San Francisco requires assisted parking services to address parking challenges faced by the facility.
The goal is to provide efficient parking solutions for approximately 500-700 vehicles daily, ensuring that the needs of the VA and its patients are met effectively.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for providing assisted parking services, which include:
1. Parking and assisting with approximately 500-700 cars per day.
2. Managing operations at Parking Garage 212 (150 spaces) and Parking Garage 209 (435 spaces), including issuing claim tickets, securing keys, and providing necessary supplies such as traffic cones.
3. Providing shuttle services between parking garages and buildings (Building 200 and Building 203).
4. Ensuring compliance with industry standards and performance requirements specified in the solicitation.
5. Maintaining a sufficient number of staff to meet operational demands, including providing 20 ADA-compliant spaces in each garage.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence on April 1, 2026, with a base period of six months, followed by four optional renewal periods of one year each, potentially extending the total duration through September 30, 2030.
