Department of Veterans Affairs, VISN 10, Ann Arbor Medical Center The Department of Veterans Affairs, VISN 10, Ann Arbor Medical Center currently leasing 18,432 NUSF/ABOA office space at 2215 Fuller Rd Ann Arbor, MI 48105 under lease delivery/task order number VA251-15-A-0038 for Exemption under 41 U.S.C. 3304(a)(1): Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Current owner/lessor is the single source owner/vendor. The current lease expires July 14, 2021. This action is to complete a renewal of the existing lease for the temporary building location on the main campus at 2215 Fuller Rd. Ann Arbor, MI 48105. Subject building is locally identified as building T-9.
