Description

This procurement will be awarded to General Dynamics Land Systems . The procurement is for the assembly of 45 M1A2 SEPv3 Abrams Main Battle Tanks, up to 60 sets of SEP v2 legacy components, up to 60 sets of SEPv3 unique components and the option to build 60 SEP v3 tanks. In addition to the vehicles, the ASL spares, Special Tooling and Systems Support Package will be acquired.
The build of the 45 tanks and the acquisition of the legacy parts will be on a Firm Fixed Price CLIN. The v3 Unique components will be on a Fixed Price Incentive CLIN. All Spares, Tooling and Support requirements will be on a Firm Fixed Price CLIN.
Delivery will be in accordance with the statement of work.
Inspection/Acceptance/FOB: Origin/Origin/Origin.
The solicitation is expected to be released on or about 27 March 2017
