ARMY CONTRACTING COMMAND DETROIT ARSENAL (ACC-DTA) AWARDED A SOLE SOURCE FIVE-YEAR COST PLUS FIXED FEE CONTRACT INDEFINITE DELIVERY INDEFINITE QUANTITY (IDIQ) CONTRACT TO GENERAL DYNAMICS LAND SYSTEMS INC. (CAGE CODE: 7W356). THIS ACTION IS FOR SYSTEM TECHNICAL SUPPORT (STS) FOR PROGRAM MANAGEMENT, ENGINEERING, LOGISTICS, AND TECHNICAL SERVICES TO SUPPORT THE M10 BOOKER COMBAT VEHICLE, FORMERLY KNOWN AS MOBILE PROTECTED FIREPOWER (MPF) VEHICLE. THIS ACTION WAS NOT COMPETED, IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE STATUTORY AUTHORITY PERMITTING OTHER THAN FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION, 10 U.S.C. 3204(A)(1) AS IMPLEMENTED BY FAR 6.302-1(A)(2) "ONLY ONE RESPONSIBLE SOURCE AND NO OTHER SUPPLIES OR SERVICES WILL SATISFY AGENCY REQUIREMENTS."
