- Item 0002: 194 Each of Premier Membership for Vector LMS, TargetSolutions Edition; a training management solution for public entities.
- Item 0003: 1 Each Maintenance Fee for Vector LMS; annual maintenance of the system.
- Item 0004: 1 Each One Time Set Up Fee for implementation support including customization and data upload.
