Background
The mission of the U.S. Department of the Interior (DOI) is to protect and provide access to our nation’s natural and cultural heritage and honor our trust responsibilities to Indian Tribes and our commitments to island communities. The National Park Service (NPS), Harpers Ferry Center (HFC), assists with the responsibility to protect and manage some of our most treasured resources. The purpose of this contract is to provide wayside exhibit planning, design, fabrication, and installation.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all services including labor, materials, equipment, facilities, and travel necessary to provide the NPS with Wayside Exhibit Planning, Design, Fabrication, and Installation. The contract responds to a need for the planning, design, fabrication, and installation of wayside exhibits ranging from small low profile to larger scale kiosks. The contractor’s IDIQ Project Manager shall be the primary point of contact between the contractor and the NPS CO and COR for the IDIQ. The contractor shall also provide quality control to ensure that all elements of project work meet the requirements of the contract specifications.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for this Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract will be effective from the date specified in the Schedule.

Place of Performance
The geographic location(s) where the contract will be performed will be specified in each task order issued under this contract.
