Background
The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is seeking proposals from Women-Owned Small Business Concerns for Warehouse Operations and Labor Support Services at its Washington D.C. Metropolitan Facilities.

The goal of this contract is to provide effective management oversight and support services for the EPA's headquarters facilities, ensuring efficient operations and compliance with established standards.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide management oversight for warehouse operations and labor support services, including but not limited to:
- Labor Support Services at the Federal Triangle Complex (William Jefferson Clinton Buildings and Ronald Reagan Building) between 8:00 AM and 2:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
- Warehouse Operations Support Services at the EPA property warehouse located at 8335 Ardwick Ardmore Road, Hyattsville, MD, between 8:00 AM and 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday.
- Daily deliveries/pickups from the EPA warehouse to various locations including the Federal Triangle Complex and other specified sites as needed.
- Management of staff resources based on anticipated requirements, work schedules, and facility restrictions.
- Compliance with Section 508 requirements for accessibility in all deliverables.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over a base period from August 1, 2025, to July 31, 2026, with options to extend for additional periods up to four years.

Place of Performance
The primary locations for performance include the Federal Triangle Complex in Washington D.C. and the EPA warehouse located in Hyattsville, MD.
