SOURCES SOUGHT FOR BASE OPERATIONS SUPPORT (BOS) SERVICES, JOINT REGION MARIANAS (JRM), GUAM. This is a Sources Sought announcement only. This is not a solicitation announcement for proposals and no contract will be awarded from this announcement. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this announcement or any follow-up information requests. Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC) Pacific, Services Contracts Division, is seeking information on establishing a new contract for Base Operations Support (BOS) services for Joint Region Marianas (JRM), Guam. Guam, the largest and southernmost island of the Marianas archipelago, is the westernmost possession of the United States. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 561210. The applicable size standard is $38.5 million. The proposed BOS contract may include the following requirements/Annexes: 0100000 General Information, 0200000 Management and Administration, 0600000 Port Operations, 0700000 Ordnance, 1000000 Supply Material Management, 1501000 Facility Management, 1502000 Facility Investment, 150200A Facility Investment AAFB, 1503000 Facility Services, 1601000 Utility Management, 1602000 Electrical, 1604000 Wastewater, 1605000 Steam, 1606000 Water, 1607000 Chiller, 1700000 Base Support Vehicles and Equipment and 1800000 Environmental. Interested sources are invited to respond to the Statement of Interest Questionnaire by using the form provided under a separate file, titled Statement of Interest Questionnaire. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this announcement and any follow-up information requests. Respondents will not be notified of the results of the evaluation. However, NAVFAC Pacific will utilize the information for acquisition planning purposes. All data received in response to this Source Sought Notice marked or designated, as corporate or proprietary information will be fully protected from release outside the Government.
