Background
The Social Security Administration (SSA) is soliciting quotes for Consolidated Facilities Management (CFM) services at SSA's Harold Washington Social Security Center (HWSSC) in Chicago, IL. The solicitation and the resulting BPA are issued using General Services Administration (GSA) Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) 561210FAC for Facilities Maintenance and Management. Capable and responsible small businesses are invited to review the documents herein and provide a quote by the date identified in Block 10 of this form.

Work Details
The Contractor shall provide facilities operations, maintenance, and custodial services for the Harold Washington Social Security Center (HWSSC), located in Chicago, IL. The SOW includes a transition period of 2 months, followed by a base period of 12 months, with four 12-month option periods, and a 6-month option to extend services. The pricing shall conform to Section A-1 of the BPA. SSA will issue each call order on a firm-fixed-price or labor-hour basis. All the prices/rates shall be fixed and effective for the entire BPA term.

The Contractor shall perform services required under this BPA at the HWSSC, located at 600 West Madison Street, Chicago, IL 60661.
