A notice will also be posted on the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website (FedBizOpps). The announcement on FBO will provide a web link to FedConnect, where draft Solicitation documents are posted. NNSA is seeking input/feedback from prospective Offerors on the draft Solicitation documents listed above. NNSA is also especially interested in obtaining input/feedback from Small Businesses, Small Disadvantage Businesses (SDB), 8(a) Small Businesses, woman-owned small businesses (WOSB), veteran owned small businesses (VOSB), service-disabled veteran-owned small businesses (SDVOSB), and Historically Under-utilized Business Zone (Hub Zone) small businesses capable of providing support as an M&O contractor/subcontractor for the SNL.
