DOE/NNSA Facilities Support Services for Albuquerque, New Mexico & Fort Smith,

Background
The Department of Energy (DOE) and the National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA) are seeking to acquire Facilities Support Services (FSS) for three sites, including the Office of Secure Transportation (OST) and Albuquerque Complex-Sandia Field Office (AC-SFO) in Albuquerque, New Mexico, and the OST-Transportation Safeguards Training Site (OST-TSTS) in Fort Smith, Arkansas.

The goal of this contract is to ensure that DOE/NNSA facilities and infrastructure are maintained and operated efficiently.

Work Details
The contractor will provide predictive, preventive, and corrective facilities maintenance services across a total of 689,551 square feet of facilities.

The required services include:
- Electrical maintenance
- Heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC)
- Plumbing
- Pest control management
- Fire protection systems
- Keys and lock maintenance
- Grounds maintenance
- Janitorial services
- Billeting
- Mail room operations
- Vehicle support
- Shipping/receiving services.

All services must comply with applicable Federal, State, Environmental, Safety, and Health regulations.

Period of Performance
The anticipated period of performance is five years, consisting of a one-year base period followed by four one-year option periods.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at Kirtland Air Force Base in Albuquerque, New Mexico, and Fort Chaffee in Fort Smith, Arkansas.
