Lumber BPA for Pine Bluff Arsenal   2

Background
This procurement action is for the purchase of various types of lumber in support of Pine Bluff Arsenal, Arkansas. The contract will be a firm fixed price Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) type contract aimed at fulfilling the needs of the agency.

Work Details
The scope of work includes the following types of lumber to be ordered against BPAs:

**Hardwood Lumber**:
- Lumber, Untreated 1x4:
- Cut to 3 ½ inches wide ± 1/16 inch, 35 inches long ± 1/8 inch, Thickness ¾ inch ± 1/16 inch.
- Cut to 3 ½ inches wide ± 0 inches or -1/4 inch, 45 ½ inches long ± 1/8 inch, Thickness ¾ inch ± 1/16 inch.
- Lumber, Untreated 1x6:
- Cut to 5 ½ inches wide ± 0 inches or -1/4 inch, 45 ½ inches long ± 1/8 inch, Thickness ¾ inch ± 1/16 inch.
- Lumber, Untreated 1x8:
- Cut to 7 ¼ inches wide ± 1/16 inch, 35 inches long ± 1/8 inch, Thickness ¾ inch ± 1/16 inch.
- Lumber, Untreated:
- Various other dimensions and specifications as detailed in the solicitation including lengths of up to and including 48 inches.

**Dimensional Softwood Lumber**:
- Construction Grade HT Lumber in various sizes including but not limited to:
- 2" X 4" X 10',
- 2" X 8" X 8',
- Various plywood sheets (1/2" AC Plywood and others) in standard sizes.

**Power Poles**:
- Class specifications for power poles include lengths of:
- 35’,
- 40’, and
- 45’ Class III.

**Other Requirements**: All materials will undergo inspection by the Government's Quality Assurance Department. Any parts that do not meet specifications will be replaced or repaired at the contractor's expense. Contractors must provide a Certificate of Conformance (COC) and Certified Test Report for compliance with technical data requirements.
