Background
Luke Air Force Base is issuing a contract for video screen services in support of the Luke Days 2026 Open House, which aims to provide clear and continuous video access to air show attendees. The event is scheduled for March 20–22, 2026.

Work Details
The Contractor shall provide and operate large-scale outdoor video display systems. Key tasks include:
1. Display Performance: High-resolution screens must be visible in full daylight, with sufficient size and brightness for visibility up to 300 feet. Systems must support real-time video feed integration from multiple sources.

2. Placement and Coverage: Propose the number, size, and placement of screens to ensure adequate coverage without obstructing safety zones or airfield operations.

3. Operational Requirements: Provide qualified technical staff on-site during all operating hours for troubleshooting and seamless operation. Systems must be operational by 0900 hours each event day until the end of daily demonstrations.

4. Set-Up and Tear-Down: Responsible for delivery, setup, testing, operation, and removal of equipment by specified deadlines.

5. Government-Furnished Support: Access to site and security coordination will be provided; however, power and cabling must be proposed by the contractor.

6. Deliverables: An Event Support Plan detailing specifications must be submitted 30 days prior to the event, along with an on-site testing demonstration by March 19, 2026.

Period of Performance
Setup from March 18–19, 2026; Event Operations from March 20–22, 2026; Removal by March 23, 2026.
