General. This Sources Sought is issued for informational and market research purposes only. It is not a Request for Proposal (RFP), Request for Quotation (RFQ), Invitation for Bid (IFB), or a solicitation under FAR Subpart 5.2.

The purpose of this Sources Sought is to obtain information regarding industry interest, capabilities, and qualifications so the Government can make informed acquisition decisions. We encourage responses from both large and small businesses, including Small Business, Small Disadvantaged Business, 8(a) firms, HUBZone firms, Woman-Owned Small Business (WOSB), Economically Disadvantaged Woman-Owned Small Business (EDWOSB), Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), and Veteran-Owned Small Business (VOSB).
