Damen Shipbuilding & Cooperation B.V. was awarded a modification to Contract No. N00024-25-C-2414 to assess its LST 100 design for obsolescence and Buy American Act compliance, and update the technical data package, as needed.

The statutory authority for this sole source award is in accordance with FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii), Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
