The MICC-Fort Belvoir, VA intends to award a sole source task order to SureID, Inc,on the basic of Limiting sources. IAW FAR 8.405-6(a)(1)(i)(B) "Only one source is capable of providing the supplies or services required at the level or quality required because the supplies or services are unique or highly specialized".

The MICC- Fort Belvoir intent a sole source award to SureID, Inc, 5800 NW Pinefarm, Hillsboro, OR 97124. For RAPID-RCx - Remote Credential Checking Program - two (2) year's subscription. Includes RAPID-RCx software subscription support on the existing Handheld Units at Fort A.P Hill VA 22427 Access Control Point (ACP). Includes capability to scan/read CAC, Teslin cards, PIV, PIV-I, TWIC smart cards and other smart card credentials, and state issued ID's for credential verification and database checks. SureID, Inc is the sole provider and direct affiliate that can provide the RCx software subscription support on the existing Handheld Units at Fort A.P Hill. No other firm have been identified.
