LIMITED-SOURCES JUSTIFICATION for GS-35F-
0542P/89303018FAU400001 MOD 0044

Background
The Department of Energy (DOE), Office of Headquarters Procurement Services, proposes to issue a Federal Supply Schedule task order modification to support the Office of Environment, Health, Safety and Security (EHSS) by extending services under an existing GSA Schedule Task Order with Edgewater Federal Solutions, Inc.

Work Details
The contract involves extending the performance period and adding funding to support DOE's complex IT systems security requirements.

Tasks include ongoing projects such as the OneEnrollment Application, eDISS Trusted Workforce Upgrades, and NNSA ESNHub Infrastructure Cyber Security. These projects involve identity management enhancements, continuous vetting for personnel security, and unifying classified networks across DOE.

The contractor will assume responsibility for all project performance elements, including cybersecurity decisions.
