LRASM Production Acceptance Test   2

Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), Patuxent River, MD, has awarded a delivery order under sole source basic ordering agreement (BOA) N00019-23-G-0002 to Lockheed Martin Corporation- Missiles Fire Control (LMMFC), Orlando, FL, to support United States Navy (USN) LRASM Production Acceptance Testing .

This action was pursued on a sole-source basis under statutory authority of Title 10, U.S.C.2304(c)(1), as implemented by Federal acquisition regulation (FAR) 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Type of Supplies or Services will Satisfy Agency Requirements. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement is solely within the discretion of the Government. The awarded delivery order is covered under the Class Justification and Approval (CJ&A) number 19-0004 dated 19 February 2019- redacted version attached to this announcement.
