Description

Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), Patuxent River, MD, has awarded a Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) delivery order under sole source basic ordering agreement (BOA) N00019-19-G-0011 to Lockheed Martin Corporation Missiles Fire Control (LMMFC), Orlando, FL, to create and deliver a Fly out Model to support development of the Next Generation Open Mission Planning System (NOMS) for the Long Range Anti- ship Missile (LRASM).

This action was pursued on a sole-source basis under statutory authority of Title 10, u.s.c.2304(c)(1), as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1, "Only one Responsible source and no other type of supplies or services will satisfy Agency requirements" per Class Justification and Approval (CJ&A) number 19-0004 Amendment 0001 dated 1 November 2022- redacted version attached to this announcement.
