LRAFB Tree and Stump Removal

Background
The Little Rock Air Force Base (LRAFB) is seeking a contractor to perform tree and stump removal services as part of its maintenance and landscaping efforts. The mission of the 19th Airlift Wing is to ensure the effective operation and upkeep of the base, which includes maintaining a safe and aesthetically pleasing environment.

The goal of this contract is to remove dead trees and stumps throughout LRAFB, thereby enhancing safety and improving the overall landscape.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for providing all qualified personnel, transportation, tools, equipment, materials, and services necessary for the removal of various dead trees and stumps on Little Rock AFB. Specific tasks include:
- Removal of trees greater than 36 inches in diameter (2 each).
- Removal of trees between 24-26 inches in diameter (4 each).
- Removal of trees less than 24 inches in diameter (25 each).

All work must be performed in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS) provided in the solicitation attachments.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed from June 16, 2026, to September 14, 2026.

Place of Performance
Little Rock Air Force Base, Arkansas.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must demonstrate experience in tree removal services. Specific requirements include having qualified personnel with relevant certifications and licenses for tree removal operations. Additionally, bidders may need to provide a subcontracting plan if applicable.
