Background
The proposed contract action is to provide Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN), Certified Medical Assistants (CMA), Certified Surgical Technicians (CST) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) services for the Phoenix Indian Medical Center (PIMC), Indian Health Service (IHS), Phoenix, Arizona. This is a COMBINED SOLICITATION/SYNOPSIS for commercial items/service prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This is a Buy Indian Set Aside.

Work Details
The Contractor shall provide Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN), Certified Medical Assistants (CMA), Certified Surgical Technicians (CST) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) services at the Phoenix Indian Medical Center. The services include providing personnel for various shifts, such as inpatient and outpatient shifts, and ensuring that all provided personnel have the requisite qualifications, education, training, licensing, previous work experience, knowledge, and competence to provide all services contained within this Statement of Work.
