LPD 17 Class Amphibious Transport Dock Ships Integrated Shipboard Electronic (ISE) Systems Production & Planning, Engineering and Support Solicitation

The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) intends to issue Request for Proposal (RFP) number N00024-19-R-2422 to Raytheon Company Integrated Defense Systems (IDS), San Diego, California on a sole source basis for procurement of Production & Planning, Engineering Support (P2ES) efforts including: Integrated Shipboard Electronics (ISE), Construction and Shipboard Test & Trials (CST&T), ISE Support Activity Services, Post Delivery Services, and related technical data and material for LPD 17 Class Amphibious Transport Dock Ships. The resulting Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) contract is based on follow-on activities from contract N00024-15-C-2414 and will be awarded on a sole source basis because Raytheon IDS is uniquely qualified as the designer and sole producer of the LPD 17 Class Ships electronic systems. The anticipated solicitation will include cost-plus-fixed-fee contract line items for procurement of services for one (1) 12-month base year, and four (4) 12-month options years.
