Description

Supply and deliver 100% recyclable corrugated fiberboard boxes, in accordance with the attached specifications, 32" length x 9.75" deep x 14.50" wide, delivered F.O.B. to Lucky Peak Nursery, Boise, Idaho.

Background
The United States Department of Agriculture Forest Service is issuing this contract to supply and deliver 100% recyclable corrugated fiberboard boxes for use at the Lucky Peak Nursery.

The goal of the contract is to ensure the availability of suitable packaging for the storage and transportation of seedlings, aligning with sustainability practices by utilizing recyclable materials.

Work Details
The contractor is required to supply and deliver waxed boxes that meet the following specifications:
- Dimensions: 32" length x 9.75" deep x 14.50" wide
- Construction: 100% recyclable corrugated fiberboard, self-locking top (D/C lock top) with Robo bottom, C flute, 275# kraft 69-33-69 with vynamil water-resistant starch.
- Features: Fully recyclable wax impregnated construction with wax on both inside and outside liners and the medium; four-inch overlap on top flaps; hinged oblong hand-holds (3.5” wide x 1” high) centered and positioned 3” from the top of the box.
- Delivery requirements include that all items must be delivered single-stacked on pallets and cross banded during regular working days (Monday through Friday) between 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., excluding federal holidays.

The period of performance for this contract is from September 18, 2024, to October 1, 2024, with the entire shipment required to be delivered by October 1, 2024.
