The purpose of this amendment is to extend the due date with new quotes due by 12:00 pm on 11 December 2025, and to provide a response to contractor questions received.

The Facilities Maintenance Department, Utilities Branch, aboard Marine Corps Air Station (MCAS) has a requirement for the delivery of Liquified Petroleum (LP) Gas, tank rental, monitoring, and maintenance. The services will be performed at Marine Corps Air Station (MCAS) Cherry Point NC, Marine Corps Auxiliary Landing Field (MCALF) Bogue, MCALF Atlantic NC, and Columbia Towers.

The proposed action is 100% set-aside for Woman Owned Small Business concerns. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 221210. Contractors interested in doing business with the government must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). Contractors must also be registered in the Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) invoicing system at https://piee.eb.mil in order to invoice the Government and accept payment.

The complete Request for Quotation, including a detailed Performance Work Statement is attached. All responsible small business sources may submit a quotation which will be considered.

All questions relating to this requirement must be addressed to the Contracting Department, Contract Specialist via email to aaron.m.avery.civ@usmc.mil by 12:00 PM(est) on 28 November 2025, which will be answered by the posting of an amendment. Any questions received after the stated deadline will not be addressed.

Background
The Facilities Maintenance Department, Utilities Branch, aboard Marine Corps Air Station (MCAS) has a requirement for the delivery of Liquified Petroleum (LP) Gas, tank rental, monitoring, and maintenance.

This contract supports the mission of the Marine Corps by ensuring reliable fuel supply for operations at various locations in Eastern North Carolina, including MCAS Cherry Point and its auxiliary fields.

Work Details
The contractor will deliver odorized liquefied petroleum (LP) gas to both contractor-owned and government-owned tanks/containers at various locations for the Public Works Division aboard Cherry Point and outlying fields.

The contractor shall provide tanks ranging from 100 to 3,900 gallons and ensure they are refilled on an automatic basis to maintain at least 20% capacity. The contractor is responsible for tank rental, maintenance, and monitoring services.

Electronic monitoring will be installed on each tank to track gas levels and optimize delivery schedules. The contractor must notify authorized personnel for any changes in tank status or location. Task orders will be issued quarterly, and all deliveries must include detailed delivery tickets.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence on January 1, 2026, and continue through December 31, 2027.
