LP fuel for several location

Background
The Department of the Interior (DOI), Bureau of Indian Education (BIE), Division of Acquisitions is issuing this solicitation for the provision of Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) delivery services to various BIA owned locations.
The agency's mission is to ensure that these facilities maintain adequate heating systems fueled by LPG, which are essential for their operations and missions.

Work Details
The contractor will provide LPG delivery services to four locations: Crownpoint Headquarters, Lake Valley Navajo School, Mariano Lake Community School, and Ojo Encino Day School.
The estimated gallons required per year for each location are as follows:
- Crownpoint Headquarters: 16,000 Gallons
- Lake Valley Navajo School: 18,500 Gallons
- Mariano Lake Community School: 19,500 Gallons
- Ojo Encino Day School: 6,500 Gallons.
Each location has specific tank inventories that must be maintained above 20%. The contractor must ensure timely deliveries within two days after notification and adhere to a winter schedule requiring more frequent deliveries.
Delivery vehicles must display the contractor's name clearly.

Period of Performance
Base Year: June 26, 2026, to June 25, 2027; Option Year 1: June 26, 2027, to June 25, 2028; Option Year 2: June 26, 2028, to June 25, 2029; Option Year 3: June 26, 2029, to June 25, 2030; Option Year 4: June 26, 2030, to June 25, 2031.

Place of Performance
Crownpoint Headquarters (259 Coal Canyon Rd., PO Box 328, Crownpoint NM), Lake Valley Navajo School (PO Box 748 North Hwy 371), Mariano Lake Community School (PO Box 787 Navajo Route 49), Ojo Encino Day School (HCR 79 Box 7 Cuba NM).

Bidder Requirements
This opportunity is set aside for Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise (ISBEE).
Bidders must possess a valid Navajo Nation Permit for delivery on the Reservation and demonstrate capability in meeting delivery timelines.
