low speed Gasoline Powered microvan

Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), VISN 4, Network Contracting Office 4 (NCO4), Commodities 1 is seeking information and potential qualified sources capable of providing a low-speed gasoline-powered microvan for the Coatesville VA Medical Center.

The goal of this contract is to fulfill the transportation needs for pharmacy deliveries within the medical center campus.

Work Details
The requirement is for one (1) low-speed gasoline-powered microvan with the following salient characteristics:
1. Two-person seating with seat belts.
2. Fully enclosed with heat and air conditioning.
3. Gasoline powered.
4. Closed rear interior cargo area no larger than 89 inches from the back of the vehicle to the back side of the front seats, and dimensions not exceeding 51 inches wide by 48 inches tall for the rear cargo area to accommodate rolling carts and supplies.
5. The contractor shall provide one (1) day of onsite technical training on the vehicle to Safety and maintenance staff if needed.
6. At least two key copies will be provided.
7. Parts must be available commercially off-the-shelf within 10 days.
