  1. To provide technical services to conduct troubleshooting/repairs and operational testing on (1 EA) RIX Technologies Model MARC 350B Low Pressure Air Plant (LPAP) Compressor #8 onboard a Ford Class Naval Ship during FY 26 Periodic Incremental Availability (PIA). The components to be worked is LPAP #8. The Ford Class Naval Ship FY 26 PIA work package identified injection water pressure failure on #8 LPAP. Shipboard inspections were conducted by Norfolk Naval Shipyard (NNSY) Engineering . Multiple troubleshooting efforts were conducted by Ship's Force and ISEA with no corrective action identified. Request OEM support for troubleshoot/repair and testing of #8 LPAP. Technical findings provided by NNSY Engineering Code have been utilized to develop the technical work requirements of this SOW.
Background

Work Details

2. Conduct a full load operational test on LPAP #8 after repairs are completed.
3. Notify NNSY promptly regarding any materials or components that need replacement during troubleshooting and repair efforts.
4. Provide Contractor Furnished Material including tools, test equipment, consumables, and PPE necessary for the work.
5. Maintain Level II Cleanliness on relevant systems and provide a Cleanliness Verification sign-off upon completion of work.

Bidders must be the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and possess a security clearance of Confidential – Red Badge due to access requirements for areas containing unclassified information.

Contractors must also enroll in the Defense Biometric Identification System (DBIDS) for access to NNSY and provide a designated Service Contractor Administrator's name for enrollment. Additionally, contractors are required to comply with Federal OSHA requirements for hazardous energy control and maintain cleanliness standards as specified.
