Louisville District Open House

Background
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Louisville District is hosting an Open House to engage with businesses interested in working with the District. This event aims to provide insights into the District's mission and operations, encouraging collaboration with both small and large businesses.

Work Details
The Open House will feature a structured agenda including:
- Registration from 8:00 AM to 8:30 AM.
- Welcome and Introductions by Crystal Harbin, Deputy for Small Business from 8:30 AM to 8:35 AM.
- A presentation on the Louisville District Perspective by John Bock, PE, Deputy for Programs & Project Management from 8:35 AM to 8:45 AM.
- Overview of Military Programs by Rachael Haunz, PE, PMP from 8:45 AM to 9:15 AM.
- Discussion on Reserve Programs led by Kevin Jasper, PE, PMP from 9:15 AM to 9:45 AM.
- A break from 9:45 AM to 10:00 AM.
- Presentation on the Civil Works Program by Will Ailstock, PE, PMP from 10:00 AM to 10:20 AM.
- Information on AE Contracting Opportunities presented by Allison Kenny, PE from 10:20 AM to 10:40 AM.
- An open discussion for questions from 10:40 AM to 11:00 AM.
- Lunch break from 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM (participants are responsible for their own lunch arrangements).
- Open networking session with key District staff from 12:30 PM to 3:30 PM.
