Background
The U.S. Coast Guard (USCG) requires the next generation of Cutter Boat - Long Range Interceptor, 3rd Generation (CB-LRI III).
The USCG plans to procure up to 17 CB-LRI III to enhance mission capabilities for long-range intercept operations.

Work Details
The Contractor shall furnish and deliver:
- Up to 17 CB-LRI III cutter boats, each conforming to the Specification (Section 080 series) less items priced separately.
- Trailer and trailer equipment (SPEC: 910-1).
- Boat shipping (includes boat, trailer, and associated outfit/parts) (SPEC: 084-3) with separate shipping CLINs for CONUS and Hawaii.
- Trailer-only shipping (SPEC: 084-3) for CONUS and Hawaii.
- Boat familiarization training: CONUS (SPEC: 089-1) and Hawaii (SPEC: 089-1).
- System insurance stock, FOB CONUS (SPEC: 083-6), including diesel engines, jet drives, fendering.
- Logistics conference (SPEC: 080-1, 083, 085, 086).
- Technical data packages prior to open hull inspection (TDP 1) (SPEC: 068-1.3, 073-1.3, 083-3, 085-7, 096-3, 660-1.2), with boat deliveries (TDP 2, TDP 3) including initial and final deliverables.
- Replica models (SPEC: 098).
- Ballistic panels (SPEC: 164).
- Materials and subcontracts with an 8% all-inclusive loading rate (SPEC: 080-2).

Period of Performance
First boat delivery: no later than 270 calendar days from contract award.
Subsequent boat deliveries: within 210 calendar days from each delivery order, at a rate of one boat per month (approximately equal intervals), up to six boats per year.
Alternative delivery schedules via bilateral agreement.

Place of Performance
Deliveries to locations within the continental U.S. (CONUS) and Hawaii, FOB CONUS for system insurance stock.

Bidder Requirements
Small Business Set Aside - Total (SBA).
All vessel construction must occur within the United States in compliance with 14 USC 1151 and 10 USC 8679 (prohibition on foreign shipyard construction).
