Long Range Anti-Ship Missile (LRASM) Weapons Data Link (WDL) Retrofit   2

Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), Patuxent River, MD, has awarded a delivery order under sole source Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00019-19-G-0011 to Lockheed Martin Corporation Missiles Fire Control (LMMFC), Orlando, FL for engineering and production support for the retrofit of fifty (50) LRASM missiles of the Weapons Data Link (WDL) to maintain operational capability.

This action was pursued on a sole-source basis under statutory authority of Title 10, U.S.C.2304(c)(1), as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Type of Supplies or Services will Satisfy Agency Requirements. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement is solely within the discretion of the Government.
