Background
The VA Loma Linda Health Care Systems (VALLHCS) is seeking a contract for furniture moving and installation services. The agency's mission is to provide high-quality healthcare services to veterans, and this contract aims to facilitate the movement and installation of furniture as needed within their facilities.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for providing moving and installation services on an as-needed basis. Specific tasks include:
1. Lead Installer services for 2,080 hours during the contract period.
2. Overtime rates for Lead Installer at 192 hours.
3. Installer services for 4,160 hours during the contract period.
4. Overtime rates for Installers at 384 hours.
5. Mover services for 2,080 hours during the contract period.
6. Overtime rates for Movers at 192 hours.
7. Provision of cargo vans and trucks (18' and 26') for moving purposes, with a total of 2 days each for rental during the contract period.
8. Supply of moving boxes with specific dimensions, totaling 320 units per pallet.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed from January 1, 2025, to December 31, 2025, with options to extend into subsequent years.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed at various locations under the jurisdiction of the VA Loma Linda Health Care Systems in California.
