The U.S. Army Contracting Command Rock Island (ACC-RI) is conducting market research to identify potential sources interested in the future of the Logistics Civil Augmentation Program (LOGCAP). The U.S. Army Sustainment Command (ASC) and ACC-RI will be holding an Advance Planning Briefing for Industry (APBI). At the FY2026 APBI event, we'll be focusing on the future of the LOGCAP program, specifically exploring market trends and capabilities that will shape its evolution. We'll be discussing important topics like Technology & Innovation, Partnerships, Sustainability, and the Talent Landscape as we look ahead to 2030 and beyond. As we navigate new policies and initiatives, this event will provide a forum to address emerging challenges and ensure we're well-positioned for the future. ASC and ACC-RI anticipate holding an Industry Engagement during the APBI. The Industry Engagement will be used to gather information from interested sources capable of providing LOGCAP services. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 561210.The Industry Engagement will focus on gathering industry feedback and input to assist in developing the acquisition strategy and acquisition plan for the future of LOGCAP. The LOGCAP Industry Engagement will be held during the APBI on 5 June 2025 during the "Future of Logistics Civil Augmentation Program (LOGCAP)" session scheduled from 1445-1700 on the Draft Agenda.

Background
The U.S. Army Contracting Command – Rock Island (ACC-RI) is conducting market research to identify potential sources interested in the future of the Logistics Civil Augmentation Program (LOGCAP).

The U.S. Army Sustainment Command (ASC) and ACC-RI are planning an Industry Engagement on June 5th, 2025, during the Advance Planning Briefing for Industry (APBI). This engagement aims to gather information from interested sources capable of providing LOGCAP services, with a focus on developing the acquisition strategy and plan for LOGCAP.
