United States Navy Fleet Readiness Center East Logistics and Technical Services Support

This is a follow on requirement to N00421-17-D-0019.

The Fleet Support Team (FST) Site Logistics Department at Cherry Point, NC has a requirement for logistics and technical support services in the areas of planning, analysis, development, training, support equipment management, facilities and execution. The potential customers include, but are not limited to, Fleet Support Teams, Sustainment Group, PEO(A), PEO(T), PEO(U&W), PEO(JSF), U.S. Air Force, and Foreign Military Sales (FMS).

The resultant contract will be a Single Award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract under which orders will be placed with Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) CLINS for services and Cost reimbursable CLINS for travel and incidental materials. The IDIQ will have a five-year ordering period and will include FAR 52.217-8 Option to Extend Services clause.

Attached is the solicitation N68520-20-R-0124 for the United States Navy (USN) Commander, Fleet Readiness Center (COMFRC) requirement for Logistics and Technical support services in support of the Fleet Readiness Center East (FRCE). Proposals are due by 4:00 PM EST on Thursday, 06 August 2020. Offerors shall submit proposals to DoD SAFE by the date and time specified in Block 9, and as directed in Section L, paragraph 4.0.

The Government responses to Draft RFP feedback is also hereby posted for industry to consider during proposal development.
