Please see the attached synopsis for Military Sealift Command's Logistics and Continuous Monitoring Program (CMP) Services requirement.

Background
The Military Sealift Command (MSC) has an immediate requirement for a non-personal services contract to provide support in two major areas: Logistics Services and Continuous Monitoring Program (CMP) functions for various MSC N4 Logistics’ Directorate Divisions. The Contractor shall provide qualified personnel, supplies, and services necessary to support Logistics Services and CMP, and all related functions. The work performed under this contract will be contiguous United States (CONUS) and outside the contiguous United States (OCONUS). Work may be performed simultaneously at multiple locations worldwide and may be performed remotely, virtually, via interactive platforms, onboard ships or at designated facilities owned by or the Contractor or both.
