Background
The USDA Farm Service Agency (FSA) and Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) located at the Cass County USDA Service Center in Logansport, IN, is seeking to procure a short-term office rental to ensure uninterrupted service to USDA service center customers.

This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) under solicitation number 12FPC426Q0011, which is not set-aside for small business concerns. The acquisition aims to provide adequate office space that meets specific requirements outlined in the Statement of Work.

Work Details
The Contractor shall provide office space with the following characteristics:

- Minimum of 1,900 square feet and maximum of 2,500 square feet;
- Located within Logansport, IN;
- Must meet International Building Code requirements for office space occupancies including HVAC, flooring, wall and ceiling finishes, and number of restrooms;
- Must be ADA compliant for public access;
- Must allow sole access and control by the USDA FSA and NRCS;
- Must have adequate security with locking exterior doors;
- Parking for 6-8 visitors, 7 employees, and 1 government vehicle;
- Access to telephone and internet service (government will procure these separately);
- Move-in ready by March 16, 2026;
- No renovations needed prior to occupancy.

Desired but not required characteristics include a break room and conference room, two private office spaces, furnished items (chairs, desks), janitorial services, snow removal, and all utilities included in the monthly rental amount.

Period of Performance
March 16, 2026 – March 15, 2027 with four possible option years.
