Incumbent Analysis (see Incumbents section for more detail)
This opportunity appears to have a confirmed incumbent based on prior contract W912WJ25PA034, awarded to Stacie Lynn Bassett for “Debris Removal, Hopkinton Lake, Hopkinton, NH” in the amount of $34,100 (06/25/25–10/03/25). The current scope similarly requires furnishing labor and equipment to remove debris from the log boom area and trash rack at Hopkinton Dam and transport the debris to an offsite designated area about 1/2 mile away. The overlap in location (Hopkinton Lake/Hopkinton Dam) and debris removal/transport activities suggests the work is a continuation or repeat of the same type of maintenance task.
