Lodging Services for INL project in Tallinn, Estonia   3

The U.S. Embassy in Tallinn requires reoccurring lodging services at a hotel in Tallinn, Estonia for the purposes of accommodating groups of attendees during week-long programs.

Contractor shall provide a minimum of 2 and a maximum of 28 single hotel rooms in Tallinn, Estonia per event. Contract type will be indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity.
Lodging rooms shall include private bath, heating and air conditioning, and telephone, in hotel located at Tallinn, Estonia. The Government shall be liable for the price of each room ordered but not used unless the Contracting Officer gave the Contractor an oral or written cancellation no less than one day before to the anticipated effective date of the cancellation.
Requirements for the lodging rooms are as follows:
- accommodate late check in/check out times;
- Terms include no cancellation fee up to 24 hours before checking in;
- The hotel be located within the city limits, not more than 7 kilometers from the
Tallinn Airport;
- All hotel facilities to be clean and in excellent working order;
- In-room, wireless internet access be included within the rate;
- Complimentary breakfast may be included.

Each single occupant of the rooms will be responsible for paying incidentals to be made at the time of departure - of telephone bills, laundry, room mini bar, room service, and similar extraordinary services he/she might request.

Should there be the need for any of the occupants to pay directly for the room occupancy, the COR will promptly inform the hotel that the occupant will pay by means of credit card.
