Lodging Services for 118th Wing, Tennessee Air National Guard

Background
The 118th Wing of the Tennessee Air National Guard is seeking to procure non-personal lodging services through this solicitation. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for Small Business concerns. The goal of this contract is to provide lodging services for personnel associated with the 118th Wing.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide lodging services as outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Key tasks include:
- Providing single and double occupancy room rates for a base year and an option year.
- Ensuring compliance with installation security requirements.
- Protecting Personally Identifiable Information (PII).
- Conducting site safety and security inspections coordinated through the 118th Wing Safety and Security Forces Squadron.
- Meeting quality assurance standards as specified in the PWS.

Period of Performance
The contract will have a period of performance consisting of one base year from August 1, 2026, to July 31, 2027, with an option for one additional year from August 1, 2027, to July 31, 2028.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at facilities located in Williamson County, TN or Wilson County, TN.
