Lodging in Guam

Background
The 763rd Enterprise Sourcing Squadron (763 ESS) is seeking sources for lodging accommodations for approximately 1,200 individuals in support of the Mobility Guardian Exercise 2025 (MG25).

The goal of this contract is to assess the availability of lodging facilities in the local area surrounding Andersen AFB, Guam, specifically targeting single and double rooms at hotels and other lodging options. This initiative is part of the U.S. Government's efforts to ensure adequate accommodations for personnel during the exercise.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for providing lodging for U.S. Government personnel from July 7, 2025, to August 4, 2025.

The required capabilities include:
- Availability of single and double occupancy rooms at local lodging facilities near Andersen AFB, Won Pat, and the Tamuning area in Guam.
- A detailed rooming list must be provided by the government no later than five days before the main body’s arrival.
- The contractor must demonstrate their capability to meet specific room occupancy requirements as outlined in a table that details daily room needs throughout the performance period.
- Prices must not exceed the U.S. Defense Travel Management Office per diem rate unless negotiated otherwise.
