Lodging for Wings Over Wayne Airshow 2025

Background
This contract is issued by Seymour Johnson Air Force Base (SJAFB) for the purpose of providing lodging accommodations during the Wings Over Wayne Airshow 2025. The goal of the contract is to ensure that performers and augmentees have adequate housing during the event, which is critical for the successful execution of the airshow.

Work Details
The contractor shall furnish lodging accommodations for a minimum of 25 single beds and a maximum of 35 single beds. All reservations will be managed exclusively through the Southern Pines Inn Manager, who will provide a list of occupants prior to their arrival.

The contractor is responsible for handling any issues related to room rates and must resolve any discrepancies regarding charges with both the Southern Pines Inn Manager and travelers. Additionally, the contractor will bear all costs associated with cancellation fees or penalties due to unused or canceled reservations. Quality assurance will involve inspections by a team from Lodging, Fire Protection, Environmental Health, and Contracting personnel to ensure compliance with performance standards.
