SUBJECT: Request for quotation (RFQ), FA442726Q0008, Local Telecommunication Service, Travis AFB, CA

1. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.

2. Solicitation number FA442726Q0008 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ), for Local Telecommunication Service at Travis AFB.

3. This acquisition is a set-aside for small business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov.

4. This is not a Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) rated acquisition.

5. Discription: The 60th Communications Squadron requires a contractor to provide comprehensive local and long-distance telecommunication services for Travis AFB. The contractor must supply all personnel and materials to ensure reliable, 24/7 service that is fully compatible with the existing government infrastructure. Should a new contractor be selected, they are entirely responsible for planning and managing the transition from the previous provider to guarantee a smooth cutover.

6. Date(s) and place(s) of delivery and acceptance. The performance will take place at Travis AFB, with an anticipated performance period of one base year, four option years and a 6-month extension.

RFQ Response Deadline: 4 May 2026 12:00 PM PDT . Offers received after the solicitation close date/time will not be accepted unless requested by the CO.
