Local Guard Services – U.S. Mission India   4

The U.S. Department of State (DOS) has a requirement for a qualified Contractor to provide Local Guard Services to support the U.S. Mission in India. The Government requires a secure environment to conduct their mission. The Contractor shall provide the organizational structure, management, and qualified staff at levels adequate to meet or exceed the requirement contained in the Performance Work Statement. The Contractor shall be required to provide services in a manner that prevent loss or injury to U.S. personnel, dependents, property; destruction of assets; to prevent unauthorized access; and deter potential terrorist attacks. Anticipated period of performance of the single award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) is for one base year and four one-year options (to be exercised at the sole discretion of the Government).

Site Visits of the U.S. Mission facilities in India are provided via a PowerPoint Presentation due to the COVID-19 Pandemic.

Amendment 01 - The proposal due date is hereby extended to May 13th 2022 at 1300 Eastern Standard time. The Government will post a revised solicitation amendment with answers to vendor questions soon.

Amendment 02 - The proposal due date is hereby extended to June 03rd 2022 at 1300 Eastern Standard time. Please see Amendment for Vendor Questions, Government Responses and updates to the solicitation titled in compressed folder titled "Amendment 02 - India IDIQ Solicitation Update and Q A".

Amendment 03 - Extends solicitation due date to June 17 2022 1300 EST.
