ALL INTERESTED OFFERORS WILL NEED TO COMPLETE AND RETURN THE ATTACHED RESTRICTED ACCESS REQUEST FORM VIA EMAIL TO GUETATCA@STATE.GOV PRIOR TO SUBMITTING AN ACCESS REQUEST IN SAM.GOV, IN ORDER TO BE GRANTED ACCESS TO THIS REQUIREMENT.

The U.S. Department of State (DOS) has a requirement for a qualified Contractor to provide Local Guard Services to support the U.S. Mission in Brussels, Belgium. The Government requires a secure environment to conduct their mission. The Contractor shall provide the organizational structure, management, and qualified staff at levels adequate to meet or exceed the requirement contained in the Performance Work Statement. The Contractor shall be required to provide services in a manner that prevent loss or injury to U.S. personnel, dependents, property; destruction of assets; to prevent unauthorized access; and deter potential terrorist attacks. Anticipated period of performance is one base year and four one-year options (to be exercised at the sole discretion of the Government).

AMENDMENT A001:

The purpose of this Amendment A001 is to modify Section L.1 Site Visit.

AMENDMENT A002:

The purpose of this amendment is to extend the proposal submission due date from 04/15/2025 to 04/30/25 at 11:00 AM EST. An additional Amendment to this solicitation is forthcoming to answer questions.

AMENDMENT A003:

The purpose of this amendment is to extend the proposal submission due date from 04/30/2025 to 05/20/25 at 11:00 AM EST. An additional Amendment to this solicitation is forthcoming to answer questions.

AMENDMENT A004:

The purpose of this amendment is to: Include the attached QA document; Update Exhibits A,D,G and S; Include Exhibit I and Attachment 1 CBA; Open a second round of QA final questions are due on 5/5/2025 by 11:00AM EST.

AMENDMENT A005:

The purpose of this amendment is to:
1. Provide responses to the additional questions submitted.
2. Update Section L.11
3. Include attachment A005_Q&A Brussels 25R0024.

AMENDMENT A006

The purpose of this Amendment is to correct the number of hours for J-001 (Exhibit A). As a result, the number has been updated to 3,120. ( Please see attached updateExhibit A )

The purpose of this Amendment is to:

1) Include the updated Exhibit S due to the change in A0006. (Updated Exhibit S is attached).

2) Update Section L.5 and Extend the proposal due date from May 20 to May 27, 2025.
