The objective of this requirement is to establish an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantify (IDIQ) contract for Local Civilian Range Support Services. EODGRU-2 requires a low to no impact all-inclusive training support solution to include the utilization of shooting and demolition ranges. All training ranges must be located within 50 miles of Joint Expeditionary Base Little Creek/FT Story, Virginia area. This PWS addresses the training range requirements and the contractor shall be required to work closely with designated EOD Group TWO Department personnel in the scheduling of training ranges defined above.

The Government intends to award a single award, Indefinte Delivery Indefinite Quantifty (IDIQ) Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract for Local Civilian Range Support Services as a result of this solicitation in accordance with FAR Part 12, FAR Part Subpart 13.5, and FAR Subpart 16.5. The award will be made on a sole source basis to Academi Training Center, LLC.

Background
The Navy Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) Group Two, located at Joint Expeditionary Base Little Creek/FT Story, Virginia, is responsible for providing forces in support of various military operations.

The objective of this contract is to establish an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for Local Civilian Range Support Services. This contract aims to ensure that EOD Group Two has access to low to no impact training support solutions, including shooting and demolition ranges, which are critical for maintaining mission readiness and operational capabilities.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, facilities, equipment, and medical support necessary to support training administered by EOD Group Two personnel. Specific tasks include:
1. Small Arms Ranges: Provide up to 173 eight-hour range days for marksmanship training at distances from 25 yards to 1,000 yards using various ammunition types including 12 Gauge, 9mm ball, 5.56mm ball, and 7.62mm ball.

2. Demolition Ranges: Provide up to 50 eight-hour range days for explosive training and demolition activities.

3. Underwater Demolition Range: Provide up to 32 eight-hour range days for underwater explosive training.

4. Advanced Demolition Course Facilitation: Conduct up to six Advanced Demolition courses with specific construction requirements for training facilities.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over a five-year period starting from the award date.

All training ranges must be located within 50 miles of Joint Expeditionary Base Little Creek/FT Story, Virginia.
